Chapter 3: Designing the Humanity Fountain (20)
From the iconic symbol of the sacred heart found in Mexico, the fountain began to be conceived. In September of 2009, six friends travelled to San Miguel de Allende in Mexico to volunteer for one week at the Casa de los Angeles, a day care center for orphans and children of single mothers. There, artist Anne McClain gathered inspiration for the Humanity perfume fountain.
